Carry your own weight.
Self-support is not a constraint — it's the whole point. No mechanic on call. No support car. If something breaks at 3 a.m. on a mountain pass, you fix it, or you walk. On our team, you are the team.
We race because the route asks something of us we cannot answer at home. We finish because we agreed, somewhere around mile two hundred, that quitting would cost more than continuing. Out team motto is simple, "We push onward."
